شهد الكرملين، اليوم الجمعة، حدثا تاريخيا انتظره الملايين من سكان مناطق دونباس، وزابوروجيه، وخيرسون، يتمثل في توقيع اتفاقيات انضمام هذه المناطق الأربع إلى روسيا الاتحادية.
- بوتين: المواطنون في لوغانسك ودونيتسك وخيرسون وزابوروجيه قاموا باختيارهم بالانضمام إلى روسيا وهذا حقهم.
- بوتين: حق تقرير مصير الشعوب حتمي وأجدادنا دافعوا عن هذه الأراضي.
- بوتين: لقد حافظ أجدادنا منذ يكاتيرينا العظمى على تلك المناطق وقاتل من أجل هذه المناطق أجدادنا في الحرب العالمية الثانية.
- بوتين: لقد دافع عن تلك المناطق أبطالنا البواسل أبطال روسيا الذين دفع بعضهم حياته ثمنا لذلك.
- بوتين: إن خيار الملايين من تلك المناطق هو مصيرنا ومستقبلنا المشترك، وتلك أحاسيس لن يتمكن أحد من نزعها منا.
- بوتين: أريد أن يستمع نظام كييف ومشغليه في الغرب أن سكان هذه المناطق أصبحوا مواطنين روسيا وإلى الأبد.
- بوتين: سوف نستعيد كافة أراضينا ونحمي شعوبنا بكل ما نملك من وسائل.
- بوتين: سوف نبني تلك المناطق ونوفر الحياة الكريمة المستقرة الآمنة في جميع ربوع روسيا.
- بوتين: يجب أن تحترم كييف اختيار مواطني جمهوريتي دونيتسك ولوغانسك ومقاطعتي خيرسون وزابوروجيه.
- بوتين: ندعو كييف للتفاوض لكننا لن نناقش اختيار الشعب لقد تم ذلك ولن تخذل روسيا الشعب.
- بوتين: لقد سقطت أقنعة الغرب الذي حاول في عام 1991 أن يفتت روسيا ويحولها لشعوب متحاربة.
- بوتين: الغرب ينتهج سياسة الاستعمار الجديد من أجل الهيمنة على العالم وإسقاط الأنظمة.

-بوتين: الغرب يقول دائما إنه يحمي ويدافع عن النظام والقواعد، ولكن من أين أتت هذه القواعد؟ معايير مزدوجة مصممة للحمقى.
- بوتين: نفخر بأننا كنا جزءا من الحركة العالمية لتحرير الشعوب والدول خلال القرن العشرين.
- بوتين: حضارتنا تستند إلى ديانات اليهودية والمسيحية والإسلام والبوذية وتستند إلى الفكرة والكلمة الروسية.
- بوتين: الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية لا زالت تحتل ألمانيا واليابان وكوريا الجنوبية وتتنصت على زعمائها
- بوتين: الخبز من أوكرانيا يذهب إلى أوروبا و5% فقط يذهب للبلدان الفقيرة.
- بوتين: الغرب يتحدث عن “الردع” ويعني بذلك المواجهة والوقوف ضد أي مركز للتنمية المستقلة.
- بوتين: تفجير خط الأنابيب “السيل الشمالي” يعد تدميرا لبنية الطاقة التحتية لأوروبا ومن الواضح من المستفيد.
- بوتين يتهم الأنجلو ساكسون بالتخريب الذي تعرضت له أنابيب السيل الشمالي لنقل الغاز الروسي.
- بوتين: لقد حل الغرب أزمته في الكساد العظيم بالحرب العالمية الثانية، وأزمة الثمانينيات من القرن العشرين بموارد الاتحاد السوفيتي المنهار.
- بوتين: كل من يشتكي من أزمة الطاقة يصفونه بـ “عدو الشعب”، ويعلقون تلك الأزمة على شماعة روسيا.
- بوتين: الغرب أصبح يرفض الديانات والقيم والعادات.
- بوتين: هل نريد نحن كشعب روسي أن يسمى الوالدين بـ “الوالد رقم 1″ و”الوالد رقم 2” بدلا من الأم والأب؟
- بوتين: يدخل العالم إلى حقبة جديدة متعددة القطبية تدافع فيها الدول عن استقلالها وإرادتها ورغبتها في التنمية.

Today, Friday, the Kremlin witnessed a historic event that millions of residents of the Donbass, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions have been waiting for, which is the signing of the accession agreements of these four regions to the Russian Federation.
Putin: The citizens of Lugansk, Donetsk, Kherson and Zaporozhye made their choice to join Russia and this is their right.
Putin: The right to self-determination of peoples is inevitable, and our ancestors defended these lands.
